When do I receive my photos?

Our turnaround time for photos, floor plans, and 3D walkthroughs (Matterport) is the next day. We do our best to make sure you have everything by 10am. Our turnaround time on videos is an extra day after the photos are delivered.


Will you stage or prep my listing?

No, we are not stagers or movers. The property should be prepped and ready to go before we arrive. We do run tight schedules and usually always have an appointment right after yours. We will open blinds and move small items out of the way for example: soap, garbage cans, paper towel holders, etc. But we cannot move furniture.


When should I schedule my photos?

As soon as possible. I always let our clients we should be one of your first emails after you sign the listing agreement. The sooner you get us on the books the more likely we can accommodate you. Often we are booked up a couple days in advance and it is not always feasible for us to ado last minute appointments.

For all media you receive for your order you are allowed and have license to use it to promote your listing, yourself and your business. We at First View own the copyright to all the material and media created for you. You are not given permission to use the material outside of the above reasons. You may not resell or give the material to another person to use if you happen to lose the listing or are unable to sell it within your contracted time line.


Yes, in fact ordering and scheduling online is the best way. You’ll be able to see all available dates and time slots. Our ordering system is up and operating 24/7. Often people who try to schedule via text or email will lose a slot we said was available because someone orders online and scheduled that slot for themselves.

 

No we don’t have access to the MLS and or any upload feature to upload photos for you.


 

No, all orders for all services must me placed via our online ordering system on our site or via email. This is to ensure we have everything ask for in writing and there is no mistakes for which services you request, the address of the property, and the time and date of the appointment. Doing it in writing ensures everyone is on the same page.
